So this Friday, I decided to share with you all the lovely fashion from the Grammys on Monday. If you missed the show, or just don’t care enough to watch it (I usually fall into the second category, but decided to catch most of it for kicks) here are some of the best fashion choices of the night. And let’s face it, a whole lotta people just watch it for the fashion, and a handful of the music choices (again, my categories).
So here are my top pics at some fabulous fashion from the Grammys!
From the frilly purple frock to the eyelet dress, these stars did a fabulous job at dressing themselves right for the Grammys.

And, completely unrelated to fashion, yet still UNBELIEVABLE amazing… one of my favorite favorite bands one a GRAMMY!
Yep, you guess it. Arcade Fire stole the show with their Grammy and their closing performance. I’m so happy for them!!!
Here is another Threads installment on Cute Little Snippets. Picture quality isn’t the best, I apologize. Will try to take photos in a well lit setting from now on!

Valentines came early for me this year. Since the boy and I have birthdays pretty close to Valentines (mine is February 26th and his is March 7th) we usually go simple on Valentines and do nice things for each other on our birthdays. He surprised me with some lovely roses, can’t wait to see what I actually get on Valentines Day. Now if only I could figure out what to get him….I’m thinking chocolate this year! ha.
It’s quite the cliche of a holiday, but I enjoy it none the less!
So for the past month or two I’ve wanted to join in on Elsie and Rachel’s Project Restyle they started this year. I am in love with the idea! So, this is my first (documented) contribution to the Re-Styling movement in the blog world.
I found this little shelf in my basement and new it would be perfect to put on my desk for those little trinkets I like to put on display. As you can see, it wasn’t looking its finest and I wasn’t about to leave it looking like THAT in my room. I figured it was a perfect opportunity to do some decoupage-ing that I’ve been wanting to do for ages. I have this old old old dictionary I got for mere pennies at a thrift store one year. I ripped out several pages of it and covered the entire shelf with it, sealing them with Mod Podge. Turned out just as nicely as I would have imagined!
I snagged those little birdies at the craft store, 60% off. They were too cute, I had to get them. I’m in love.
EEEEEK! The Boy just walked in with my early Valentine’s Day gift…I love me some roses! I’ll be back later with an outfit post and a peek at my roses.
So…there are no current wedding plans in my future, BUT that does not mean a girl can’t admire the fabulous new wedding dress collection of Anthropologie. Yes, you read that right. ANTHROPOLOGIE has their own wedding dress collection! If you’re at all in love with that brand, you won’t be disappointed with their wedding dress line, at least, I wasn’t!
Here’s the link to where I got these photos from. That and my fabulous friend Rachel for dropping this knowledge on me this morning. LOVE IT!
Head on over there and enjoy these beautiful looks, they will totally make you re-think that white wedding dress you’ve always dreamed of!
